I made a poll mostly about needing more polls and giving an opportunity for people to click for the sake of clicking. It's anonymous, so just for fun. Here, I think.

I haven't linked to a poll before so if I've done it wrong let me know.

In this case, I think linking directly to the poll is good. But sometimes there's a blurb before the poll, in which case I prefer it when people link to the entry.
